Motivational and Performance Factors of Mizo Women Entrepreneurs in Aizawl City Mizoram, India

Entrepreneurship is considered one of the most important factors contributing to nation's economic development. Women entrepreneurship gaining importance in India as it contributes economy's growth and improves their socio-economic conditions. This study examines demographic profile women entrepreneurs, impact various motivational factors, performance entrepreneurs Aizawl city, Mizoram. The primary data was collected from 291 registered with Mizoram Taxation department who had run enterprises for more than 5 years are still running enterprises. found that 'building a business pass on' 'entrepreneur lifelong goal' major motivate entrepreneurs. also revealed like 'emotional attachment entrepreneurial venture' 'improvement activities strengthen performances. findings show significant correlation between City. Cronbach's Alpha showed Internal consistency Motivational value 0.61 at 0.71, indicating an acceptable level reliability.
